it’s about
time

The ask
Tell people that birth control can (finally) be prescribed and purchased online; no doctor’s visit required.

Creative insight
Needing to see the doctor simply to get a prescription written for birth control makes women feel like the doctor is in control of their time, not them.

“What’s appealing is having access in a convenient timeframe instead of waiting six months for an available appointment with the regular OB/GYN.”  – Consumer interview, Female, 33

Campaign idea
It’s about time (and getting some of yours back)

Activating the idea
Tell her it’s about time she can order her birth control online. And we’re not sure what took so long.

Manifesto
So often, the hassle of getting birth control makes women feel out of control. Between the scheduling, the canceling, the rescheduling, the driving, the waiting, the consulting… it’s exhausting.

Who has time for it? No one.
And it’s about time someone did something about it.

At Hers, convenient access to care isn’t just on the table; it’s table stakes. That’s because we help women skip the trip to the doctor's office, and connect with a medical expert about their birth control the same day. We provide a private, no-judgement zone for women to chat about their needs, review their options in a pressure-free setting, choose the pill that’s perfect for them, and get it delivered right to their door.

That’s it.
No hassle.
No hardship.
Just Hers.

For women everywhere, it’s about time.
(And getting some of it back.)

Grace: Yes, hi, I have a question about my birth control? … Next Wednesday?! [Quick cut to calendar revealing her vacation starts at the end of the week.]
Narrator: And decided it was about time… she did something about it. [Grace hangs up the phone.]
Grace: [Fed up] Ugh! That’s IT!
Narrator: So she gave it a quick search,
Grace: Hmm…
Narrator: …spoke to one of our doctors… [Grace chats with a doctor via FaceTime] ...who counseled her on her options…
Grace: That could work for me. [Doctor enters Grace's Rx into her computer.]
Narrator: …wrote Grace a new prescription. [Doctor clicks “send prescription”.] …and 2 days later, it showed up at her door.
Grace: [Grace picks up the package.] That’s it?
Narrator: That’s it.
